All classes are taught at the intermediate level, showing modifications and progressions for all fitness abilities –ensuring everyone has a positive experience. Classes incorporate the best of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training, giving you a balanced and complete workout!

Class Descriptions

Aerial Yoga: Come hang upside down with us! This yoga class performs the same poses as a regular yoga class with support from the silk hammocks, along with more challenging yoga poses such as inversions. Improve your flexibility and build strength while having so much fun, you’ll forget your getting a workout.

Barre: A low impact, full-body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, core & arms. Light weights are combined with cardio movements & stretching to create long, lean muscles without adding bulk. No dance experience required.

Cross Train: An interval  format class combining cardio & resistance training for a full body workout.

Kick Boxing: Cardio and resistance training using heavy bags, speed bags, boxing gloves, TRX, jump ropes and pull up bars.  Be prepared to sweat & burn major calories!

Power Pump: Designed to firm, tone, strengthen and define muscles of the entire body; focusing on proper lifting techniques while using barbells, dumbbells, plates, bands, balls and steps. Cardio movements and intervals are blended throughout the class to give the body and mind an extra challenge.

Restorative Yoga: The world we live in today is so fast paced. Why not take a breath? This class focuses on slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

Spin: A low-impact, indoor group cycling class designed to torch calories and fat, while strengthening and toning the lower body, core and abs.

Zumba®: Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
