Class Descriptions
Barre: A low impact, full-body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, core & arms. Light weights are combined with cardio movements & stretching to create long, lean muscles without adding bulk. Balance, mobility and flexibility are key points of this class. No dance experience required.
Spin: A low-impact, indoor group cycling class designed to torch calories and fat, while strengthening and toning the lower body, core and abs, and improving metabolism.
Spin & Strength: 35 minutes of Spin followed by 30 minutes of Strength training
Strength & Balance: This class focuses on building muscle strength, endurance and bone density through resistance exercises, while working on different movements that improve balance and mobility.
Strength & Cardio: A class combining low impact Cardio intervals and weight lifting exercises, to build bone density, muscle mass & improve metabolism, while working on flexibility, balance and mobility.
Yoga Silks: This yoga class performs the same poses as a regular yoga class, but is supported by the silk hammocks, to support the body to achieve a deeper and more aligned stretch. It also makes more challenging yoga poses, such as inversions, safer and more effective. Improve your flexibility and build strength while having so much fun, you’ll forget your getting a workout.
Zumba®: Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
