Want to become stronger physically and mentally?  Tired of the same old workout routine?  Then group fitness classes are the place for you.  One of our certified instructors will create a challenging and beneficial workout for your body, mind and spirit, helping you stay motivated in a fun group setting.

All classes are taught at the intermediate level, showing modifications and progressions for all fitness abilities –ensuring everyone has a positive experience. Classes incorporate the best of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training, giving you a balanced and complete workout!

Class Descriptions

Barre: A low impact, full-body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, core & arms. Light weights are combined with cardio movements to create long, lean muscles without adding bulk. No dance experience required.

Cycle: A low-impact, indoor group cycling class designed to torch calories and fat, while strengthening and toning the lower body, core and abs.

H.I.I.T Circuit: Stations of cardio, strength, plyometrics and core exercises using a variety of equipment for  maximize calorie burn and total body strengthening.

Kettlebell AMPD®: This class takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun!

Kick Boxing: Cardio and resistance training using heavy bags, speed bags, boxing gloves, TRX, jump ropes and pull up bars.  Be prepared to sweat & burn major calories!

Mat Pilates Props: A series of classic mat Pilates exercises utilizing foam rollers, bands and balls to help strengthen your core, align your body and stimulate muscle recovery.

PiYo®: Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout.

P90X®A muscle confusion workout using resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga.

Yoga: An all-levels practice that fuses together various styles of Yoga, including slower-paced Hatha to alignment focused Anusara and Iyengar, teaching a multitude of Asanas (poses).

Yoga Sculpt: A core focused yoga practice intermixing Pilates & light weights through out the different postures and sequences. An all levels class.

Zumba®: Features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
