Ready to make improvements in your fitness and general health, then don’t wait any longer.  First, our trainers will meet with you to evaluate your goals, do a fitness and postural assessment, take a body composition test and create a workout plan just for you.  Next, you meet with them 1-3 times per week for your custom workout.  Each workout will include weight training, core strengthening, cardio, stretching, ab work, balance training, exercises to fix muscle imbalances and postural exercises.  If you like one on one attention, then this is the program for you.

1 hour Private Session:

1 hour Semi Private Session

 $70.00 per person drop-in

$325.00 per person for 5 sessions

$ 600.00 per person for 10 sessions
